Job Brief
\nNo code is perfect. We know that even with our team of rockstar developers there is always going to be human error. It\u2019s normal. That\u2019s where you come in. We are looking for a knowledgeable, detail-oriented person to help us test our code. As a QA Tester, you will work alongside our engineering team to ensure that our code is top-notch. By performing tests on our code and communicating the results with our engineering team, you can help us produce the most effective products that delight our clients. Your expertise will be crucial to help us identify and resolve bugs, glitches, and any other issues. <\/p>\n
Main Responsibilities and Duties
\n \u2022 Reviewing software requirements and Designing test plans, scenarios, scripts, cases, and procedures. And prioritize testing activities
\n \u2022 Execute all the test cases and report defects, define severity and priority for each defect
\n \u2022 Analysing test results, reporting to the development team, and preparing the status report of testing activities
\n \u2022 Working with the development team to correct bugs and errors and provide timely Solutions
\n \u2022 Analysing user’s stories and\/or use cases\/requirements for validity and feasibility
\n \u2022 Apply quality engineering principles throughout the Agile product lifecycle
\n \u2022 Provide support and documentation
\n \u2022 Interacting with clients to understand product requirements and feedback.
\n \u2022 Participating in design reviews and providing input on requirements, product design, and potential problems.
\n \u2022 Updating project manager regularly about the progress of testing activities
\n \u2022 Performs other related duties as assigned or requested. <\/p>\n
Qualifications and Skills
\n \u2022 A good working knowledge of test management software, programming languages, and QA methodologies
\n \u2022 Up-to-date knowledge of software test design and testing methodologies.
\n \u2022 Good teamwork and critical thinking skills
\n \u2022 Good time-management and problem-solving skills
\n \u2022 Great interpersonal and communication skills
\n \u2022 Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
\n \u2022 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
\n \u2022 Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company\u2019s success<\/p>\n
