Data Scientist \u2013 DOE Experiment & Statistics Focus<\/p>\n

Three key Functions:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Experiment Design:<\/strong> Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Support and Finance to frame business problem and formulate hypothetical insights and work through the life cycle of delivering these insights towards production<\/p>\n

Experiment Development:<\/strong> Drive design of experiments; develop hypothesis tests, support test execution and result evaluation to facilitate testing of new support features, with focus on improving customer engagement, adoption, retention and conversion<\/p>\n

Modelling prototyping:<\/strong> Prototype statistical analysis and modelling algorithms and apply these algorithms for data driven solutions to problems in new domains.<\/p>\n

Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n

In-depth knowledge in machine learning and data mining techniques and algorithms, specializing in one or more of the following areas: predictive modelling, forecasting, and survival analysis. (3+ Years Experience)<\/p>\n

Proficiency in Regression, Classification, Clustering, Random Forest., Data preparation (outlier treatment, missing value imputations etc.), Feature engineering (polynomial, log and other functional transformations) Feature selection, Time series, Text Mining & Model interpretation through Decision Trees, Linear Models (3+ Years Experience)<\/p>\n

Extensive experience with experiment design and multivariate tests (3+ Years Experience)<\/p>\n

Proficiency in R and\/or Python and experience in using different Statistics\/ML libraries available (3+ Years)<\/p>\n

Hands-on in SQL and experienced in working with RDBMS for data extraction and data read\/write. Understanding of Data Warehouse fundamentals (2+ Years)<\/p>\n

Proven mastery of analysis, development of models, and model evaluation<\/p>\n\n\n
