Selection Process: The selection process consists of three mandatory virtual rounds:

  • Round 1: English Proficiency
    • A mandatory assessment of professional English skills, including reading, speaking, and writing.
  • Round 2: Personal Interview
    • A virtual interview focused on evaluating communication skills and overall personality fit.
  • Round 3: Technical Interview
    • A virtual technical assessment based on the chosen role:
      • For Java Freshers: Focus on programming basics.
      • For Testing Freshers: Focus on manual testing concepts and Selenium.
