Role Summary

We are seeking a QA Engineer – Manual & Automation (Fresher / Intern) who is passionate about software quality and eager to build a strong career in testing.
In this role, you will work closely with developers, business analysts, and product teams to ensure applications meet the highest standards of functionality, security, and reliability.

This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates or interns looking for hands-on exposure to manual testing, Selenium automation (Java/Python), and real-world SDLC processes.

Key Responsibilities

Manual Testing

  • Understand business and functional requirements

  • Design and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test data

  • Perform functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing

  • Validate role-based access, workflows, and approval processes

  • Log, track, and verify defects with clear reproduction steps

Automation Testing

  • Learn and develop automation scripts using Selenium (Java/Python)

  • Assist in maintaining and executing automated test suites

  • Perform automated regression testing

  • Identify suitable test cases for automation and improve test coverage

Enterprise Quality Assurance

  • Test workflow-driven and document-centric modules

  • Validate data accuracy, validations, and audit trails

  • Ensure compliance with enterprise and government quality standards

  • Support UAT cycles and production validation

Collaboration & Process

  • Work closely with Development, BA, and DevOps teams

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives)

  • Maintain test documentation, reports, and QA artifacts

  • Follow QA standards, processes, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering (or final-year students)

  • Basic understanding of software testing concepts and SDLC

  • Knowledge of manual testing techniques

  • Basic awareness of automation testing concepts

  • Interest in Selenium with Java or Python

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Good communication and teamwork abilities

  • Willingness to learn and work in structured enterprise environments

Eligibility Criteria

  • Year of Passing: 2022 – 2025

  • Academic Criteria: Minimum 75%

  • Job Location: Hyderabad (Onsite)

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Academic or internship experience in software testing

  • Exposure to Selenium, TestNG, PyTest, or similar frameworks

  • Basic knowledge of SQL

  • Familiarity with Jira or bug tracking tools

  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

  • Awareness of security or performance testing concepts

Compensation & Career Path

  • Stipend: ₹15,000 per month (6-month internship period)

  • Conversion: Internship-to-Full-Time based on performance evaluation

  • Full-Time CTC: ₹3.6 LPA upon successful conversion
