About the Role
Nexgile Technologies is looking for enthusiastic AI Engineers with strong programming fundamentals and an interest in Full Stack Development, AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, and RAG. The role offers an opportunity to work on modern web applications and intelligent AI-powered solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and enhance modern web and enterprise applications.
- Develop backend services, APIs, integrations, and automation workflows.
- Work with Python, Java, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks.
- Build and integrate AI/ML and Generative AI capabilities, including LLMs, AI Agents, and RAG.
- Design and work with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Use Git and modern software development practices.
- Debug applications and identify root causes of technical issues.
- Collaborate with developers, QA, architects, and product teams.
- Write clean, maintainable code and take ownership from requirements through testing.
Preferred Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, AI & ML, AI & Data Science, Data Science, ECE, or related specializations.
- Strong programming and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of software development fundamentals.
- Projects, internships, hackathons, APIs, GitHub work, or AI/ML projects will be an advantage.
Selection Process
Programming & Problem-Solving Assessment → Coding/Debugging Challenge → Technical Assignment → Technical Discussion → Final Interaction
Compensation & Terms
- CTC: ₹6 LPA
- Bond/Terms: Submission of original educational documents is required for a 3-year term.
