Job Summary: 

We are looking for a skilled Manual and Automation Tester to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, executing, and automating test cases to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. Your role will also involve collaborating with developers and product managers to understand requirements and provide valuable feedback for product improvement.

Key Responsibilities: 

Manual Testing:

  • Analyze requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to create detailed test plans and test cases.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, usability, and exploratory testing.
  • Identify, document, and track defects in the defect management system.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide feedback to development teams.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and improve test coverage.

Automation Testing:

  • Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or other relevant frameworks.
  • Maintain and enhance automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
  • Analyze test results, report defects, and work closely with developers to debug and resolve issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 0-1.5 years of experience in software testing (both manual and automation).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Hands-on experience with manual testing techniques and methodologies
  • Experience in writing test plans, test cases, and test scripts
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues, and report bugs effectively
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in cross functional teams
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • ISTQB certification or relevant certifications in software testing are a plus
