PENNANT TECHNOLOGIES is Hiring – Manual Testers (Freshers – 2018/19)
For the Freshers the salary would be 1.5 LPA for the first six months and then based on their performance it will be increased after completion of six months.
Interview Process:
For Testing: Written test followed with one or two face to face rounds based on the candidature
Manual Testing:
- Knowledge/Experience in manual testing.
- Knowledge with different testing types like Functional, Regression, Integration, Smoke, Database etc
- Ability in identifying & writing Test Scenarios, Test Cases
- Sound knowledge of Defect Management Cycle and logging defects.
- Generate test cases based on the requirements and other documents.
- Procure or create test data required for testing.
- Report work progress and any problems faced to the Test Lead or Project manager as required.
- Create or assist in creating own test plan.
